چکیده

This have a look at aims to measure the effect of organizational culture, motivation, transformational leadership, performance village officials through citizenship behavior (OCB) in Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency. The sample used this study was 100 from In study, analysis carried out using methods quantitative descriptive analysis, data for survey obtained questionnaire filled by determined respondents. analytical tool perform is partial least squares (PLS), an SEM (Structural Equation Model) that uses SmartPLS 3.0 software on variant basis. Organizational tradition does not significant impact officials'performance, culture has OCB, motivation officials' performance, no OCBs, transforms Maternal Leadership officials, transformative leadership and OCB officials.
